She is unwritten

Her beauty is catastrophic
Her soul cataclysmic
Her mind is detrimental
And she is unwritten

She has character and is yet characterless
Like the flowing river she is formless
Like a mask she is faceless
And She is unwritten

By day she is curiosity
By night a mystery
And she is unwritten

Snake- a friend

In a semi constructed floor
I meet people I abhor and adore

The roof above seems to be not walls
But a structure full of holes
On it lives a snake
Black in color, a beautiful skin and make

The snake seems to be withering
Its skin seems to be falling
Discreetly it moves
With me everywhere it goes

It looks at me as if a friend
To help me save me from them
The skin falls to the floor
Turning whatever it touches to icy stones

Suddenly I am reminded of Medusa
But scared of the snake am not
For the snake seems to be a protector
A friend amongst so many foes

Carefully it withers its skin
On people who like me not
Turning people to ice
One at a time

Suddenly all I am surrounded by
Are friends who care
While the others turned
Into ice while I just stare...

The soldier

Once upon a time
Lived a soldier
under a young sun

A master in the art of fights
But a softer soul inside
Fighting with his comrades
But inside probably fighting his own fight

In the middle of a war
He orders people to kill
takes his orders from the higher command
But at times against his own will

After the killings are done
He sees blood all over the place
Dead people lying on the ground
Women getting raped

He cries and cries
And thinks this cannot be lived with everyday
So he goes back to his camp
Thinking of never killing a person again...

But a soldier he is
Destined to kill
How can it not be
To live not in his own misery

The commander assigns him a task
To slaughter people with his fellow comrades
And rape women whichever he comes across

He says he shall not do so
And bear his punishment in silence

The commander listens not
And sends him to the front
He goes there ready to bear the brunt

There in the front to teach men a lesson
Shoots the commander the soldier
While completing his mission

The soldier dies happily
For he shan't kill no more
Death to him comes as a mercy
And he forgives them all...
